Should you run into a functional issue with any of our software services, please email luc@vocab.ai and we'll attempt to resolve the issue promptly. We can commit to a 12hr turnaround for simple issues, longer for more complicated issues.
You can cancel a subscription any time, through the web interface.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email us luc@vocab.ai and we'll resolve the issue together and process a refund as soon as possible.
When subscribing or making a prepaid purchase, the currency displayed will be USD $, with the exception of HKD or CNY (RMB).
We do not store payment detail information such as credit card numbers, these are managed by our payment processor Stripe.
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us and we'll reimburse you for past charges, within reason.
